It’s says they was post to be open at 6am but it’s almost 7am in the store still not open it’s sad of a business it’s currently 6:50 am.
I arrived early in the morning before work, hoping to get some delicious coffee for my friend and I. However, the service was awful. The two ladies I encountered were very unprofessional and condescending. I asked for oat milk in my coffee instead of cream, and the young lady told me that I would have to get my own cream from the side area. Great service and exactly the way I like my drink made every time. And the service from the Baristas was very respectfully and good service. And I like a Carmel Maciato light ice, Carmel lined cup, with a lil coffee with my whip cream and carmel.
Wasted my time coming here when the ice machine was being repaired and the barista was not able to make the frappe that I mobile ordered.The option shouldn’t had been available to order on the mobile app if you can’t make it. Every other visit it seems to be an issue here.
Don’t order vanilla foam cold brew from here. They’ll just hand you a cold brew with milk poured into it, which defeats the purpose of having a cold brew. This happened on the morning of May 31st.
