Everything is always broken!! Why can’t you get machines that actually work. I remeber when you had 2 machines and then went to one why?
I come to this location all the time, and unfortunately today I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome. The barista, Christina, seemed to have trouble with my drink order—I asked for an iced grande vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. She made the drink incorrectly, and instead of remaking it, she simply topped it off with the foam. When I expressed concern, she insisted that’s what she made. Came in this morning and the 11/10/23 8:00am. The barista was super nice. I wish all baristas were like her.
