I come to this location all the time, and unfortunately today I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome. The barista, Christina, seemed to have trouble with my drink order—I asked for an iced grande vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. She made the drink incorrectly, and instead of remaking it, she simply topped it off with the foam. When I expressed concern, she insisted that’s what she made. Came in this morning and the 11/10/23 8:00am. The barista was super nice. I wish all baristas were like her.
It is written that they are open until 7:30 pm. Came to them at 7:10 and they say they are already closed. Either work until the appointed time, or change the working hours!
