Got venti frapachino. Tasteless. Threw it away on the way out. They hire kids who have no idea what they are doing
Poor guy was all alone and running ragged.
Took over 15 minutes to make my drink when there was no line. The workers are too busy eating the food themselves than serving it to paying customers. I’m genuinely in shock in how bad the service is as they were eating food right in front of my face while my drink sat on the counter unfinished.
No in app ordering if you can’t put a tablet in every store then don’t make it a option for your business
