I went for a coffee but the lady didn’t even bother to take my order. She was just busy cleaning stuff on her end and simply asked me to wait for several minutes. Didn’t even bother to look afterwards and I had to eventually leave to get my coffee from the Starbucks right across the street. Terrible service!
Worst cappuccino I've ever had. I received a completely unacceptable cappuccino. The barista spilled a significant portion of the espresso shot, and instead of pulling a fresh shot to correct the error, she simply filled the cup with excess milk. The result was an undrinkable, diluted beverage that completely lacked the standard espresso-to-foam ratio. The milk texture was poor and the coffee flavor nonexistent. The staff on the 7:00 AM shift appeared distracted and demonstrated a disregard for basic quality control.
This is my favorite place for my cup of Joe! It is ridiculous it is going out of business! But hope and pray for something nice to take its place for my Java fix in the morning!
Since the reopening after remodel, there is a huge staff turnover and service has gotten slow and also some staff shortage, unkept public area... (12:24 on a Wednesday)
It’s freezing cold, impossible to enjoy any coffee.
