I love this Starbucks! They are always friendly and speedy. I went this morning and had to write about the man at the drive thru window. He made my morning with his big smile and joyful "good morning."
I've been s customer for several years& have been buying both product & company stock for a few years. Twice of all these years, I have had to Door dash due to incapacities. Both times, the order was delivered & sealed shut. Yesterday was not any different. But both times, I have been missing items which means money value. The first time, I called & the pain I spoke to apologized. I was told O could come by for the items. I Couldn't of course
They NEVER make my drink correctly. It’s literally the easiest thing it’s like they ignore whatever is on the ticket and do it however they want every single time. Not to mention always have to wait at least 10 minutes when it’s not even busy
