went to the Starbucks this afternoon. I ordered a chai with coconut cream, cold foam, and received a drink made with coconut milk. It was nasty. The girl seemed like she was in quite the rush and had no interest in actually listening to what I had to order despite the drive thru nit being busy? Service was sub par and I work in Customer service it’s not that hard to sound nice. Don’t be rude and then mess my drink up when you could have just listened and got it right. $8 drink btw
Starbucks are around every corner but the atmosphere and service Steph brings is what makes this location so special. She is able to uplift or just instantly make you feel great starting off your day , just like your drink usually does lol . Great atmosphere and service
Wow the customer service was such such a great experience! Shout out to Stef for making this an enjoyable night of studying , going the 2 extra miles, and only two employees on the clock and they rose to the challenge with great confidence. Food was delish and so was the coffee. Well taken care of!!!
I love this location,Katherine is always really nice and very friendly and line is usually long but they are super quick and efficient hands down best location….Dozer my frenchie approves this message and said the pup cups are always on point like a cactus
