I have been in the drive-through about 4 times. I never like to give bad reviews. But, this location I have been talked down to. I will not say who (but it was the manager We pay over 8 dollars for a Carmel expresso coffee and no thank you. Also the location was shut down from the app and the manager said because they were under staffed. So, no points were given also. This is not acceptable. Disappointed in Starbucks coffee since they started using the “single serve machines.” The coffee lacks the robustness it once had. As an experiment I went to Dunkin’ and had one of their “Midnight” brews. Surprisingly good.
