If you're thinking about going here, just go through the drive thru or goto the Kroger Starbucks around the corner. It'll honestly be faster than walking inside to order. I walked in and ordered one latte today. I was the only patron in there. It took them 15 minutes to make my coffee. Would've been longer if I hadn't stood up and asked for it. I spend Money Here at least 5 to 8 times a Day Very Advid Starbucks Drinker, I Visit this One as Said at Least 4 Times a Day Well this Past Saturday on June 22 2024.. Customer service is below average. They do not know how to use their own POS system. Be prepared to wait 20+ mins in line. Be prepared for them to mess up your order. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks, ever.
