1. Its seven dollars and twenty five cents for a tall pink drink, yet only six twenty five for a vente ice white chocolate mocha? Explain that, please? 2. There's no warming station for the pastries, which would help mask that they are clearly stale/expired. 3. There's no spoons. What kind of coffee shop doesn't order spoons, particularly one in a grocery store?!
Rude service, very inattentive to guests. On top of it, I was charged $1 for ‘less ice’ customization, mind you I was charged $1 for each drink, with each drink being different in size. To my understanding Stbx does not charge for this type of drink customization. Will not return, unless I see that Barbara is back, she was always pleasant to speak to and order from.

This is my second time shopping at this location and I think it will be the last, since the experiences have been bad. Two different people, the first time I ordered a coffee with little cream and they gave me the coffee with almost the entire carton of cream in it, and the second time I ordered two Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonades and they charged me $1 extra for a syrup that at no time they explained to me why it was too much, I asked for more ice because the drink was too sweet and they charged me $. 25 cents for the extra ic... read more
To anyone who might read my review, I ordered two iced matcha lattes. When I ordered, I asked the woman to please read the instructions on my phone, which were: Venti Iced Matcha with oatmilk. Light Ice. 3 pumps of brown sugar. 2 pumps of vanilla. Salted Caramel Cold Foam. And the older woman behind the counter looked at me and said, "Ashhhh," and rolled her eyes, shaking her head as if to say no!
