I stopped coming to this starbucks for a while because I've had terrible experiences with Barbara. My last straw was when she made a discriminatory comment towards me. Can someone take her picture down though? Stop & Shop shouldn't be bragging about her as an employee or ex employee. Everyone there now is lovely so far, thank goodness! Very accommodating and polite- clearly whoever is supervising this staff now knows what they're doing. Hope this doesn't change as i'll have to modify this review. Stopped in for an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was perfect! Huge shoutout to the young man working today—he was incredibly kind. The service was super organized and fast.
