Starbucks quality coffee and food
Ordered a refresher through drive thru. The refresher had just a little bit of ice, and I asked for a little bit more. The barista says 'Your gonna have to come to the other side'. So I declined and left. I have never had an issue with other Starbucks stores to add a little bit more ice to my drinks and they have politely done so. Even if they charged me still it would of been fine. I have come other times here and I haven't had a bad experience. But this one just baffles me.
