Only one person working. Apparently right after I ordered and walked away to check out, which took over 15+ minutes, they threw my order away so when I go to pick up it’s nowhere to be found. They then make one of the items wrong and need to remake, so either not taking orders correctly in the first place or not following them. Shaken espresso drink was not shaken, meaning you can’t drink it until you have access to a stirer since everything sits at the bottom. Drinks overfilled so kept spilling everywhere. Employee was looking at her phone entire time. Coffee tastes so bad and I ordered ice, she gave me hot.
Hard to say there’s atmosphere in a Kroger lol but my hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso was good as always
Very rude employee. Ordered a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew and on the app and when u went to pick it up, it was made incorrectly. I didn’t even ask her to remake it, just asked her if the drink was meant for me and she rudely told me “it’s been sitting here for 25 minutes this is how we make it here” when it had been ordered 5 minutes before…horrible customer service.
Just don’t.
