Hard to say there’s atmosphere in a Kroger lol but my hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso was good as always
Very rude employee. Ordered a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew and on the app and when u went to pick it up, it was made incorrectly. I didn’t even ask her to remake it, just asked her if the drink was meant for me and she rudely told me “it’s been sitting here for 25 minutes this is how we make it here” when it had been ordered 5 minutes before…horrible customer service.
Just don’t.
Unfortunately, I still didn't get desired tasty coffee yet .... I have frequented this Starbucks location and have consistently had great experiences. One standout was a blond man barista who had an impressive knowledge of coffee and always made excellent recommendations. However, I've noticed he's no longer there, which is very disappointing!!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! I was going to buy a Starbucks cup today while shopping.. I looked at several and decided on a clear and a pink one. I was headed toward the register and one of the young employees was very RUDE.. yelling “we aren’t selling those until tomorrow”. I replied why.. my friend just bought one.
