Today, 12/17/12 @3 pm = /Entrance was dirty. Coffee was cold.. Clerk was rude. Gingerbread cake was stale. Workers and apparent manager just standing around joking. Wanted a fork for the cake, forget it. She tossed the cake in a bag, and that was it. Very disappointed. Not the way other Starbucks are run.
They may be one of the smallest but I've sat here and watched them a LOT. They remember peoples names and what their favorites are. As a major chain, it's really hard to 'stand out' differently from other Starbucks. So it's up to the staff and I tell you - these people have that edge that makes or breaks a location.
