Came in at 7:30pm, they close @9pm, 4 different things we asked for, they were out of the ingredients for each, they could not make a Frappuccino because the machine was already torn down for clean up, then I go to pay cash, but can't because I need to answer questions on the keypad. Ridiculous! Barista was perfectly nice.
My daughter (9) was nervous but they made her feel comfortable and treated her with perfect respect. Good frap too!
