The guy that took my order has great customer service skills and is kind. (His name tag said Edwin.) He was able to patiently take my complicated drink order. As he was finishing ringing me up, one of the other employees/leads was berating him and being so rude to him. Edwin was still tending to the line and she was talking to him crazy. Black spots floating in my drink.
Just spent 10 minutes in line to get my wife an overpriced hot milk. We were 4th in a line that wasn't moving because the vineyard vines family in the front took so long. Then we were told that they will be the last family to get drinks today. It's 11:53 am
One of the workers Sav was very very pleasant to talk to, they gave me recommendations on drinks they felt would fit a description I gave. Really wonderful person and I will definitely come back ❤️
