The tipping culture has gotten out of control. When a billion-dollar company like Starbucks asks customers to tip, it’s not generosity, it’s manipulation. Pay your staff a living wage and stop passing the guilt onto the people already overpaying for coffee.
When in at 10:30 told me they weren’t opening till 11 but they stay online that they’re open was told that the person was on break and then when I walked up after they came back, they said that they were going on their break and that it would be at least an hour to two hours
