When you order ahead online it takes them ages to make. So sloppy and dirty everywhere. Everytime I order ahead online I wait 30 minutes to receive a drink that is made in extreme rush and tastes watered down. They are mean when you ask them about your drink. Horrible location to shop at, horrible customers service. So nasty and unsanitairy. (Location in mall by doc martens store)

This is the location inside Macy's. All 3 CSRs were walking around like they were suicidal. All 3 made eye contact with me and said nothing. There were NO customers in line & the lobby was disgusting.
I love this Starbucks it’s so convenient inside Macys!! It’s a fun place to people watch also and the manager there is truly awesome he made our visit fantastic best drinks ever And so personable I always make it a point to visit this one!!!! 🤩⭐️💫
