An unfriendly cashier with long blonde hair. I waited 15 minutes for my order, and then decided to go up and check if they had it in the system. I showed her my Starbucks app and that I had redeemed points for it today, but she told me they didn’t have it and that I needed to pay for it. Luckily, her coworker said she actually did have my order. I’m writing this because staff should be more attentive and try to help the customer. During peak hours, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order.
