I order a LARGE drink, and they gave me a medium, for $8!! I told them I said large, and the people behind me backed me up and said they hear me order a large, but they kept arguing back and said that I ordered a medium, and I still paid 8 dollars for a drink that was not made correctly. They said that the medium drink was 8 dollars, but the people behind me ordered the same exact drink in an actual large and it was only $7, so I know for a fact they were lying!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stop by this Starbucks regularly, and I have to say—what a great job the team here is doing! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and they consistently get the drinks right (even when it’s a custom order). Whether I’m grabbing something quick on the road or taking a few minutes to recharge, this location has become a reliable stop. It’s clean, well-stocked, and the service is top-notch. Huge kudos to the crew at the Indian Meadow plaza—thanks for keeping things running smoothly and with a smile!

I ordered a sandwich and coffee through the official Starbucks app and paid in advance. When I arrived at the store, I was told the sandwich was unavailable. I politely asked if I could get something else instead or a refund. The employee looked at me with annoyance and said refunds were not possible. Very disappointing customer service. I was physically present at the store, and this is absolutely unacceptable. I hope Starbucks addresses the quality of service at this location.
