Pedí un Large Caramel Frappuccino porque esperaba recibir un frappuccino grande, como siempre lo preparan. Sin embargo, este vaso venía con una gran cantidad de whipped cream en el fondo, muy poco frappuccino en el centro y otra capa grande de whipped cream arriba. Esto da la impresión de que están usando la crema para llenar el vaso y servir menos frappuccino. Before placing our order, we stopped at a Starbucks after a short trip. When we walked in, we needed to use the restroom first, so we headed toward it. A barista asked if we had placed an online order, and I answered, “No.” She then announced very loudly, “Our restrooms are for customers only.” I was surprised and embarrassed by the way this was handled.
