This is the less friendly Starbucks I have ever been, there was three baristas the one who took my order was nice but the two other girls was super serious one of them saw me watching the menu that happens to be a door from their storage shelve, she opened the door graved something and let the door open and went back to do her drinks when I asked her to please close it she did it with a kind upset face, and the moment to get my drinks there was not a thanks or even eye contact, I think that the minimum expected from a costum... read more
Lady gave me the worst cold foam I’ve ever had in my life My matcha was gross it was mostly milk I’m really disappointed starbys It was a white lady with black glasses that made my drinks
This Starbucks on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena really stands out because it’s located on one of the cleanest and most well-kept streets in the area. The environment feels calm and organized, and everything inside is neatly displayed. The staff are low-key but genuinely friendly, not overly busy or chaotic like other locations. It’s also less crowded, and they always get the drinks right. Definitely one of the better Starbucks experiences around.
The staff is kind and professional. Had someone in line at register holding up everyone in line as she was complaining about the V on the menu and that the staff didn’t know vegan from vegetarian, cause they couldn’t read and needed to eat some meat to not be so hangry. Still the two ladies (Shellsea and Vanessa) stayed cool under pressure. Working here with so many types of personalities must be hard to stay professional. Good job ladies! I would come back when in the area!
