Very slow. Ordered my coffee and sandwich when I was 10 minutes away. Said ready in 6-9 minutes. By the time I parked and came in it had been 15 minutes. Coffee ready but not sandwich. 2 workers and no one in line 2 ppl waiting on orders. 5 minute wait once inside. Went to cancel sandwich only to discover sandwich was never placed in oven. The 2 workers then conversed in Spanish l, which I found very rude.
Pleasantly Surprised — Great Experience! Stopped in at this Hollywood Blvd location and had a really solid visit. The service was fast and the staff was genuinely friendly — exactly what you want when you just need your order done right and done quickly. No long wait, no confusion, just efficient and courteous service from start to finish. I will stop here again next time I’m in the area.
