Thank goodness this is not my regular place because the inconsistency is startling ! I ordered the ube coconut milk macchiato with extra foam.. the guy made the wrong size, delaying my order then serves a cup 75% way with 2% milk .. adds a shot of coffee & tops off with foam .. where was the milk discussed ?! I got fancy milk ? That’s wild there is not much else in this cup
Recently this location had lost its touch. They are never ready to go when it opens. They have you wait around for a while. They are always out of certain drinks due to shortage of supplies. Sometimes it gets frustrating cause you asked for 2 to 3 drinks and they can’t make cause they have no caramel, no coconut milk or coconut.
I’m genuinely disappointed with this Starbucks location inside Ralphs. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel, white chocolate mocha sauce, and blonde espresso. That is not a complicated order. When I got my drink, there was little to no caramel, no white chocolate mocha sauce at all, and somehow the drink was still warm even though I clearly ordered it iced. The worst at service, very slow and always late, and the coffee reflects it. They need more people to work here instead it's one person who is consistently overworked.
Honestly just don’t waste your money here. I kept trying to think it was a one off or the time of the day I had order but EVERY time I get a coffee from here it taste bad. Idk if it’s because I ask for blonde roasts or something but it doesn’t taste like any other Starbucks. Also I always feel like I’m bothering them by asking for a coffee, like dang I don’t ask for crazy drinks. Save your money go up the street to one of the other Starbucks near by.
