I’m genuinely disappointed with this Starbucks location inside Ralphs. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel, white chocolate mocha sauce, and blonde espresso. That is not a complicated order. When I got my drink, there was little to no caramel, no white chocolate mocha sauce at all, and somehow the drink was still warm even though I clearly ordered it iced. The worst at service, very slow and always late, and the coffee reflects it. They need more people to work here instead it's one person who is consistently overworked.
Honestly just don’t waste your money here. I kept trying to think it was a one off or the time of the day I had order but EVERY time I get a coffee from here it taste bad. Idk if it’s because I ask for blonde roasts or something but it doesn’t taste like any other Starbucks. Also I always feel like I’m bothering them by asking for a coffee, like dang I don’t ask for crazy drinks. Save your money go up the street to one of the other Starbucks near by.
1 person on a Monday summer morning ? Not a good look. Ordered my drink 15 minutes ago and still am waiting as I type this
I come to Starbucks because it is consistent. This location is the worst, slow, unfriendly service and the coffee is awful. Milk is always way too hot and they don’t care about customer service at all. Last time where i waiting 25 min for a mobile order that said 4-7min
