There is one bright helpful and kind oerson with blond hair who is a great asset. There is a person with blue hair whom is rude and lazy. And another young lady whom didn’t know left from right. Worst service. I made a mobile order and the two brunettes were getting orders out for everyone but I had to wait over 30 mins for one iced drink. The brunettes were rude and inconsiderate of my time. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years and it’s the last time.

This is is the second times I've ordered a double shot with cold foam and the entire thing is cold.. this time I placed mobile (9:59am with a pickup for 10:01am) order outside of the store went in at 10:01am with only 1 person sitting inside store I sit down i watch the guy put a drink up on the little shelf at 10:02 am( I thought they said your name when order was ready) 4 mins go by and its 10:06am I decided to go look at the one order up there and shocker its mine.
