Alex is super hot and very nice.
I went and bought four drinks for my family for $40, and one of them was made incorrectly. It was the Mango Dream—a new drink—but they gave me a Pink Drink instead, and it didn't even have the strawberry infusion; it didn't taste like mango at all. I mentioned this to one of the staff members, and they added the strawberries, but they didn't replace the drink that had been made wrong in the first place. Friendly staff and very quick service
Horrible service. Ice was filled to the brim and barely had matcha. 2 gulps and half the drink was gone. Starbucks deleted my review twice. So I see that.
They tell you to wait on the side for 15 minutes only to go back around to ask for it again after the 15 minutes. Avoid this place at all cost!
