This is by far the worst ever Starbucks lo ation I bave ever been to!!! The service is absolutely awful! They made me give up going go Starbucks!!!. Honestly stay away..they are rude and lazy.
I just want to leave a review because this is my favorite Starbucks, the workers are really nice and I come here a lot! Thanks for being kind!
I specifically asked for oat milk in my matcha, but they gave me whole milk instead. When I asked about it, they told me, “We never use whole milk, it’s the default.” I know the difference between whole milk and oat milk, but apparently they wanted to teach me something new lol. Definitely the worst experience. Never going back!
The matcha was really good, and I enjoyed the drink! The only issue was that the drive-thru service seemed a little disorganized. The person who initially took my order seemed a bit confused, but another staff member stepped in and was able to take it very quickly. I was also accidentally given the wrong drink at first. I understand that mornings can be very busy, but since many people are stopping by on their way to work, a little more organization and efficiency would make the experience much better.
