I had bad experience one of the crew there was so very rude and she’s talked behind customers back! She didn’t know that im still there and i heard all what she said! Staff there was rude and unprofessional! If i can give 0 star i will! She’s small skinny looked asian long hair black hair! She’s so rude! Don’t come here worst Starbucks ever i go!
Very poor service. They made me a Caramel Frappuccino that was really badly done; I asked them to remake it, and they made it even worse than the first one—no caramel, no coffee. Very bad service; the coffee was very bad. I have more the 15 years drinking Starbucks and I never get a Frappuccino that bad.
I came in this weekend and the skinny girl with the short black hair took my order I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times before and have never seen her so I’m guessing she’s new but she was very unwelcoming. I ordered two drinks and each time she slammed my cup down on the counter and rushed my order like I was bothering her she definitely hates her job already and does not need to be interacting with customers with that attitude. 30 minutes before closing we went in the staff gave us a look like i gotta deal with customers mind you they still had 30 minutes to serve customers we wanted to get frappuccino he goes and say we dont have frappuccino they didnt want to serve us you can tell by their faces like customers! they just wanted to close already they are disrespectful people another review says the same thing they told us need more respected people working there and that wants to do their job
