THE WORST Starbucks I've EVER been to and I've been to Starbucks all over. Nobody has a clue what they're doing behind the counter. I asked for a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and this is what I received. I said that doesn't look how it normally looks and they said oh we need to add more ice and made the exact same drink again only this time with that much ice the straw would not go into the drink?? This Starbucks always has the drink and food options I want. However, the service can be slow.
DON'T GO HERE: Starbucks looked clean, and the staff were nice, but they said they aren't making frappucinos with no further explanation. No sign or warning on the app or anywhere beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other Starbucks in South Plainfield.
