I came in this weekend and the skinny girl with the short black hair took my order I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times before and have never seen her so I’m guessing she’s new but she was very unwelcoming. I ordered two drinks and each time she slammed my cup down on the counter and rushed my order like I was bothering her she definitely hates her job already and does not need to be interacting with customers with that attitude. 30 minutes before closing we went in the staff gave us a look like i gotta deal with customers mind you they still had 30 minutes to serve customers we wanted to get frappuccino he goes and say we dont have frappuccino they didnt want to serve us you can tell by their faces like customers! they just wanted to close already they are disrespectful people another review says the same thing they told us need more respected people working there and that wants to do their job
THE WORST Starbucks I've EVER been to and I've been to Starbucks all over. Nobody has a clue what they're doing behind the counter. I asked for a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and this is what I received. I said that doesn't look how it normally looks and they said oh we need to add more ice and made the exact same drink again only this time with that much ice the straw would not go into the drink??
