Natalie is a rock star! My wife orders the same drink nearly every week day. Today I went to pick it up but the drink wasn’t there. My wife hadn’t quite ordered it yet. I sat down in the cafe to text my wife that she needed to press the “order” button. The baristas here were great, we were in town for a family member's funeral and went to Smith's to pick up a prescription after an Instacare visit the morning of, so all in all not the setup to a great day-- but the staff was so kind. I'm not at Starbucks often but I'd been wanting to try the Cherry Chai and she answered all my questions and got us taken care of. Definitely made our day a little brighter.
I love this place!!! The workers are always so kind!!!! Especially Nat! Nat is by far my favorite employee, she deserves a raise or something!
The barista was so nice, I had an amazing lavender matcha drink 🥰
