The baristas here were great, we were in town for a family member's funeral and went to Smith's to pick up a prescription after an Instacare visit the morning of, so all in all not the setup to a great day-- but the staff was so kind. I'm not at Starbucks often but I'd been wanting to try the Cherry Chai and she answered all my questions and got us taken care of. Definitely made our day a little brighter.
I love this place!!! The workers are always so kind!!!! Especially Nat! Nat is by far my favorite employee, she deserves a raise or something!

Today, I went to Starbucks around 6:15 p.m. and had a completely unpleasant experience. The cashier who assisted me was extremely rude from the beginning, displaying a dismissive attitude while serving me. I mentioned that I would be making a purchase on separate accounts, as I usually do in the mornings.
