Have to give a big shoutout to the manager here (Antionette?) who made sure I had a great Starbucks experience despite it being an offsite location.
The girl wearing the head scarf and glasses was very rude to me and should not be working in customer service. She told me after I placed my order on the app to not get in the line so soon, there was no cars and the time on the app quoted me 3 mins for when my drink would be ready. I come here 4-5 times a week and will now choose another location. Please train your employees better. 8/29/25
I ordered an upside Iced Carmel Macchiato and I asked for it not to be stirred! Of,course it was and it was horrible. I will just start making my own coffee. Starbucks isn’t cheap and I just wasted my money.
