Drinks not good. I got a pumpkin spice frap and it literally just tasted like milk. No coffee, no pumpkin spice, just milk. This isn't the first time either. They didnt even put the pumpkin spice topping on top, its just not good.
Always incredibly slow, completely defeats the purpose of a drive thru. I’ve never waited less than 10 min in this drive thru. Today took over 15 minutes and wasn’t peak hours.
To Whom It May Concern, I love drinking coffee, and I especially enjoy going to Starbucks on Saturday mornings. This morning, Saturday, August 8, around 11:00 a.m., I got out of bed specifically because I wanted to treat myself to a good cup of coffee. I normally make my coffee at home, but today I decided to stop by Starbucks. The staff at this location are constantly friendly and make an extra effort to make your experience here great! I look forward to this part of the day for more than just coffee.
