This store has been serving the wrong-sized drinks twice for my order without offering a refund. The second time I requested a return, but I didn’t receive the refund to my app. Also, the app couldn’t withdraw the money loaded. I dislike Starbucks Co.’s attitude.
The service was extremely slow for 5 staff and no one waiting at the drive through. I ordered a freshly brewed coffee and they took unnecessarily long to pour it out. Horrible experience. The flat white had too much steamed milk and no coffee.
I’ve been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, but my recent experience was really disappointing. The drink I received was significantly underfilled for a venti size, a large portion of the cup was left empty, which is not acceptable for what I paid. Additionally, the drink i ordered was a hot chocolate, and it had an unusual oily film on top. This was concerning and felt like a potential health and safety issue.
