Morning employees look dead, the one with the stars in her cheek ain't even all that for her to be acting like that, they need to do better, no one wants their attention I juts want my food, and at least learn how to communicate firmly with guests,
Waited at register and cashier took two guests order that had arrived after me—ignored me completely. Walking in I was not greeted or acknowledged. After the cashier took two guests orders and paid them out she avoided eye contact with me and then turned around to walk into the back. Still no acknowledgment as I stood at the register. What a shame that they have a new policy for not serving water to me and kid . We are waiting for my husband’s hair cut to be done and wanted to get water before we sat down to drink coffee together. I think I’ll stick to going to my regular Starbucks the new one that opened recently near McKinney ranch ! They are amazing !!! No really !! I use to go to this Starbucks but I don’t know hat happened
