I am so pissed off about the terrible service my family and I received an hour ago. I don't live in Allen, but we stopped by on our way home it was a 40-minute drive to enjoy some Frappuccinos. I ordered a strawberry one for my daughter, which was fine, but the two Caramel Ribbon Crunch ones were nothing but chunks of ice covered in whipped cream and caramel; I actually had to throw half of one away just to take a photo.
