Veryyyy. Bad experience about the service
manager on duty today Sunday March 9th 12pm is rather unprofessional and rude. She didn’t have a name tag so I can’t provide you with that information. This is the second time I’ve encountered this staff member. She proceeded to engage with a friend, provided free food and drink to him prior to him leaving and addressed me by saying “ what it’s it that you need”.
