I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Starbucks today. I stopped in simply to get a cup of water ( to take my medicine) on an extremely hot Texas day, ALLEN TX to be exact with temperatures reaching almost 100°F. I buy from Starbucks just about every day!! I was shocked to be told that I had to purchase something in order to receive a cup of water. Long wait , 0 customers service.
I have been to this store several times over the years and I just couldn't believe what I experienced during one of my more recent visits. The manager on staff, Vee (I think), was scolding and berating the other staff and even the customers. I was in shock, it was so appalling. I felt so uncomfortable I couldn't even stay in the store. I think I'm going to have to find another Starbucks to frequent, because that was insane.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a venti caramel frappuccino with extra caramel and almond milk. However, my order did not include the extra caramel.I returned to request additional caramel be added to my drink. After approximately five minutes, they returned the same cup I had provided, which was intended to be made into an extra caramel frappuccino. This was absolutely ridiculous, so I left as I had never encountered such a foolish situation.
