The staff is patient and nice and they put nice messages on the coffee!!

It doesn't bother me about the policy change that Starbucks has recently made about. I'm having to make a purchase in order to use sit down and charge or use restroom (well a little), but what does bug me is that it gives the employees an excuse to pick and choose who they want to allow these services too.
