Rude service
Staff was super helpful with my order when I didn't understand the difference in sweetener options. And they were super quick. And the lemon loaf is divine!

Ordered a holiday drink this morning which tasted nothing short of CARDBOARD. Disappointedly I ordered another drink only to be greeted with the same cardboard taste but dipped in peppermint. Not a reflection on the employees at all but maybe the beans were burned or something? Really disgusting.
The elderly lady in front of me was overcharged by about $2. When she pointed this out to the barista, she was sent off to Customer Service to line up again for her refund. The Barista made the error and the senior citizen had to go elsewhere to get her money back. Terrible customer service.
