August 30 2026 bad customer service
Took a while to get drink and drink wasn't good this time.
Ordered a venti and wasn’t even full, and I asked a question to the barista If something was ceramic she seems very uninterested and just responded with idk pointless customer service, drink not even filled all the way up. Go somewhere else
This is the worst Mocha Frappuccion Blended iced coffee I've ever had in my life yesterday. Too much sugar, no coffee flavor at all. I have no idea what she made for me; it was so unprofessional. When I told the barista, she argued that it contained coffee. I'll never buy from them again. And I also want to share that Starbucks' food quality and after-sales service are getting worse and worse.
