There was an Asian girl, who made my coffee, here attitude changed my mood. It was the worst Starbucks staff service. Pls, teach her how to be polite. Second, she added too much water to the cappuccino, that I didn’t even feel the taste.
I ordered the hot chocolate with cookie crumble and it wasn't made right. The coco was missing and it was just milk with cookie crumble.
Needed some coffee before meeting for dinner. Had to google Starbucks near us which was only several blocks away from the restaurant. Thank god there was a trusted Starbucks nearby. Life saver.
I've been ordering constantly from this Starbucks, and they always mess up my order. I kept coming here expecting that their mistake would be only one time but it keeps happening. I'm very upset
