I come here a lot, it’s always extremely busy and takes a long time to get my coffee, however the people working are great, I would like to thank Ashley, who made my experience really great. She is very personal and made sure everything I wanted was there! I love Starbucks, great coffee! Thanks again!!!
I went yesterday and had to wait over 40 minutes for my drink. Completely upsetting to see how staff prioritized making drinks of an older lady who starting getting upset about having to wait 10 minutes than the people who had already been waiting for longer like me. It’s completely unfair to see how if we don’t complain and start being rude like this lady that our drinks won’t be made. When we got our drinks, they were extremely watered down and not up to the standard that I have set for starbucks. Truly disappointed.
My drink had too much ice that there’s nothing for me to drink left. I went back in and they did give me a different one, but the girl Lily, the cashier was really rude and technically super Unhappy. I asked for extra Uber foam and she straight up told me NO. She just threw the ube Foam in front of me. But the manager was nice. He gave me a new drink. Just the cashier Lily was really rude and seemed to be unhappy.
