My educated guess the person who took the order in the drive-through probably has some type of hearing deficiency. I clearly asked for light ice. I even gave further elaboration, and I said no more than 4 ice cubes. I think it’s safe to say this large cup is about 3/4 filled with ice cubes. My greatest regret is giving a tip that was not deserved. Oh well, good service is hard to come by these days.
Would have been nice if I could have got the drink that I requested. I will just drive up the street to get the coffee I would like at Dutch Brothers.
