I came in to pick up my order & it wasn’t finished so I had to remind them a few times. my doctor called as I was walking in and I had to put it on speaker for a second to put something in my calendar & the employee shushed me & my phone. ‼️I just NEED to share this review before I lose track again. I’ve occasionally popped in to this particular location for about 2 years, on weekday evenings on my way for my night shift and consistently there is a round mean woman at the window. I managed to get her name this time around - kj. Without fail, whenever she is there I literally feel the tension and attitude she has. Anybody can make a cup of coffee. But the service makes all the difference. Kenty made it fun to come in. Always a smile and a nice greeting. Even if he is very busy at the drive through window. Thank you for the experience. The front line employees of Starbucks make up for the nonsense at the top.
