Two words - Rude and incompetence. Very poor service. I stood there waiting for coffee for 17 mins and I was the only customer left waiting and no one even asked me what I was waiting for. And when I approached them, the first thing coming out was an excuse instead of an apology. The poor service is consistency. It’s common that my coffee is not filled up. Homeless people come into get their phone charging and taking nap. They do not care of customers. These morning staff here need to learn from Dunn Lorring store.
Went here the other day to grab a cafe mocha. I felt this location could use a little more attention to cleanliness, particularly in the searing area and the restrooms. The cashier also didn’t feel especially welcoming, which made the overall experience a bit disappointing. On a positive note though , the barista was very sweet and friendly, and I appreciated her service. Hopefully the team can improve the cleanliness and front-counter experience..
Rude female overweight staff member with brown hair and glasses on 14 the September would not give me a green plastic stopper to prevent coffee from spilling on my car. She said she was too busy. I was trying to be in/out just picking up mobile order. Maybe you can do your job and put the stopper in or keep them accessible next to milks so customers don't have to keep bothering you since you can't be bothered for 2 seconds or learn how to multitask. I left feeling very angry and hateful about my morning.
