This location is VERY SLOW and in particular has staff that are not very helpful or friendly. Asked them questions about a merch release and the person on the phone named Sean didn’t seem to know anything about it and sounded like they didn’t really care. I’ve come here before and they usually also take a very long time to make drinks (>10 min for a mobile pick up order which was also made incorrectly). I just did a quick drive through at Starbucks on 3046 Gatehouse Plaza, Falls Church VA. I typically don’t drink at Starbucks but I tried the new Carmel Protein Matcha and I’ve been craving it. The person I was speaking with was named Summer. They were incredibly kind and helpful not any of what I normally experience with anyone who works at Starbucks. Just wanted to give them a shout out. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Visited this location recently and the service was the best I've ever had at Starbucks. The drive through was staffed by a young woman named Summer and I was really impressed by her friendly demeanor and knowledge of the products!
