This location is 50/50 depending on the barista. I have found that there are a few baristas that struggle to follow what’s printed on the cup. Today I ordered a venti latte with no foam, drove away, and found I had 1/3 of a cup of foam..:so essentially a tall latte for the price of a venti. Unfortunate. Will be more mindful in the future.
Hahaha, stop giving this Starbucks, and EVERY Starbucks, your business. This location is OBVIOUSLY very willing to lose thousands and thousands of dollars, and hundreds of customers, over not giving an ADA customer a small cup of water! Horrible, HORRIBLE business acumen here. The management and employees will also communicate condescendingly and tell you to 'have a great day!" as they snicker.
