Tiffany is absolutely the best barista. Her Customer Service is over the top. She knows what I’m ordering the moment I pull up , super friendly., bubbly personality . Customer Service is what keeps me coming back to an establishment . We go there about once or twice a week and she calls us her regulars. I love it. I so look forward to swinging by here after a fun morning of photography.
Weather is over 100° and upon asking for a water in the heat the lady on shift at 7:15pm on Friday August 15th, 2025 said eshhhh well do you plan on buying something and my partner said it’s okay I’ll just pay for it then and she said okay good and charged us 1$ for water when it has ALWAYS been free. Lady had some kind of smurk. Management help this girl out with training ASAP!
I order a coffee around 6.00 am and i come back at 9.52 am to get a water cup they refuse to give me water they ask me to order again !
Im a loyal customer coming every day ! Today i just order a cup of water they refuse to serve cup of water ! What a shame
