The barista is at the Starbucks are extremely rude. We were walking down the street in the middle of the summer and they wouldn’t even fill our water cup. It is so rude. I don’t care if it’s not the law. It’s called common decency to other human beings
It is a cool experience. However the manager or shift lead in WHITE HEADPHONES while working is kind of pretentious and rude. A bunch of other people used the bathroom while I was waiting 15 minutes for a cold brew to be made, and was happily given a code. But I got a stern accusation of just coming in to use the bathroom in this heat. I don't look homeless, or without, and her delivery was very rude and stereotypical.
