Ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with soy milk and received what was basically blended ice with a faint caramel color. There was no flavor at all other than the soy, no caramel, no coffee, nothing. After three sips, all that remained was ice. I understand this is a blended ice beverage, but I’ve ordered this drink countless times and know what it’s supposed to taste like. I’m not paying nearly $7 for a cup of flavorless ice, never coming back
