I ordered through the mobile app this morning and spent $15. I got a venti iced shaken espresso but the cup wasn’t full it had atleast a fourth missing or more and it was watered down. It was made incorrectly and actually disgusting. My bagel was dry and burnt and I didn’t get a knife or cream cheese. This keeps happening more and more often and this is the reason for my review now. So they were out of oat milk and I couldn’t order an oat milk shaken espresso. I then asked for a cup of ice water and the man said unfortunately the idea is for people to buy something and stay… 🤬 Really?!? I spend a fortune here and use the app frequently. A lecture on their idea of purchasing and staying when they didn’t even have what I needed to order. Lousy. Did not feel welcomed.

I love the idea of a vanilla latte with oat milk, but sadly, I’ve had a consistently poor experience at this Starbucks. About 75% of the time, my drink is made wrong… whether it’s watery oat milk, a wrong amount of vanilla syrup, or inconsistent espresso shots. I’ve tried giving feedback to the staff, but the quality remains hit or miss. As a loyal customer, it’s disappointing to spend so much money on something that doesn’t meet basic expectations. I hope the team can improve consistency and quality for future customers.
