The Hub, where we have Starbucks at UNCW, and I must say my experience has been consistently excellent. I’ve been there multiple times, and every visit has been enjoyable. The quality of the drinks has always been impressive, and I’ve had the chance to try a variety of options from their menu. My personal favorites are the Pistachio Frappuccino and the Matcha Frappuccino both are rich in flavor, refreshing, and perfectly blended every time. I don’t know about the other staff members but today on Tuesday August 12 @1230pm the ladies up front were super sweet and friendly. They provided great service PLUS My coffee came out great.
Tiffany was extremely rude to me this morning. She cut me off in the middle of me saying my order, to yell to her coworker she needed help with my 2 drinks. As I stood there to pay, she was telling her coworker that my order was stressing her out. All I asked was that my medium frappe's to be poured into a bigger cup. I didn't think it was very difficult. Her coworkers are very nice though.
