Always Great Service Nice People
This is my favorite Starbucks. Staff are so friendly here and I always receive the best service 10/10!
A severe public health warning for anyone in Slidell with medical sensitivities or food allergies. On Friday, July 3, 2026, at 4:51 AM, I visited Store #6395. I normally order the same item but decided to be spontaneous and try something new. Before ordering the Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich, I informed the senior barista, Tessa, of my medical sensitivity and specifically asked her to verify whether the sandwich could be made safe without the mozzarella and whether the pesto contained milk. Terrible customer service. Girl was rude about making me another drink when she barely put anything in my original large drink. Then she threw my original drink in the trash. The replacement drink was Also nothing but lots of milk. Never experienced customer service like this from a Starbucks before will not be going back to this one. The one on Fremaux is way better customer service.
