Handicap gentleman was treated very poorly. Got in line near the front, no one had an issue the worker Ryan stated “sir you need to go to the back of the line that’s not how this work.” Another man had difficulty with the card reader. She rudely directed him in a hash tone. When he responded that she didn’t need to speak to him this way and kindly brought up how she treated the man in the wheelchair, she again rudely responded and said I don’t care. Very taken back by this behavior it was extremely unnecessary.
The absolute worse service here. 6 people behind the counter and on 3.8.25 at 2p they withheld my drink when I asked them for a refresher before my flight. It took 2 girls to make every drink. I would like a manager contact for this one. This location maybe has too much staff. Took 10 min for an iced drink.
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Which seems a bit shocking in an airport. 1 person on til. Hardly a smile behind the counter unless they were talking to eachother. Huge line up outside of the shop. no seating. All the normal starbucks food, everything tastes fine but i look for alternatives next time.
No straws. Pathetic
