No complaints, but Starbucks needs to “change” their change policy to facilitate tipping. Currently, if you pay with a credit card, they won’t make change for you, shortchanging the employees.
The baristas mess the drinks up every single time. Woman with brown waves hair saw me at the counter, rolled her eyes and continued standing in the corner. Shitty service.
I was having difficulty finding where my son‘s soccer game was so I pulled over to the Starbucks. I figured I could get a coffee, check the directions and use the bathroom. When I went in my husband happened to call and help me with where I needed to go, and after I completed the call, I stood by the merchandise waiting for somebody to help.
