I had a really upsetting experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a frappuccino and found a cockroach inside my drink. As gross as that was, what shocked me even more was how indifferent the customer service was. I emailed them with photos, thinking they’d take it seriously, but all they said was that they couldn’t help me and if I wanted any support, I’d have to call. Drive thru service is awesome & quick. Our coffees are always perfect.
