whoever was running drive thru this morning on 11/02 at 10am was doing an awful job. i was in line with 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 mins to get through. i let the person on the speaker know i was here for a mobile order and she carelessly confirmed my name and told me to pull forward. when i got to the window she told me actually they don't have it because i must've ordered at the wrong location. my mistake yes but i asked could i possibly just order quickly and pay as my order is simple (brewed coffee) she responded n... read more
