starbucks should have NEVER changed the chai. made it cheaper and it tastes so much worse. chai was the go to for years and now it is horrible. tastes like watered down garbage i will be finding a new place to get this drink. no more starbucks because you want to charge huge prices for worse quality as the years go on. huge disappointment.
I asked for extra dragon fruit i only got ice and my drink tastes like WATER. Not only did i get this water drink but my brother also got a water tasteless drink. First time going to this starbucks driving a long way home from being on vacation here. i want a good refreshing drink and i get WATER FOR 6$. obviously was not in the mood for this unacceptable, can’t even do their one job and make a tasting drink with EXTRA DRAGON FRUIT. first experience here and it sucked. 6$ for expensive water
Placed an online order for pickup. I was having a bleh kind of day so I ordered a tea. Come to find out their lobby is closed. I dont drive so wasnt able to go through drive thru. So I was out of the money I paid, a drink and the time it took for customer service to let me know that mobile orders dont do refunds after giving me the run around. They've had better days
