Worst service ever ordered my drink waited around for 20 minutes one guy up front and 3 other employees doing Who knows what? But they weren’t helping make drinks. I told them just not to worry about my drink. I have to go and they simply said OK. 20 minutes to make an iced coffee??. Starbucks is now getting the liberal itch Employees are so lazy and entitled. I’ve never had such a hard time purchasing a water in my life. I was charging my car across the street and decided to get a water. I asked to PURCHASE a water and was told to first buy something else. Instead of just being rang up for water. Perhaps just sell ice water like everyone else ? Then she rang me up for blueberries that I told her I was going to throw away just to give me a large water with no ice. I’ve been to multiple Starbucks and gotten a water. The person that served me was really nice and helpful. Great spot as the one inside of Target is closed.
I visited today, in the afternoon, and asked for a cortado that I could pour over ice. Your team was very happy to oblige me. I added my quick video where I oured the creamy cortado over plenty of ice, with some raw sugar to sweeten it a little. I sat outside while I enjoyed my iced cortado that I really enjoyed.
