Placed an online order for pickup. I was having a bleh kind of day so I ordered a tea. Come to find out their lobby is closed. I dont drive so wasnt able to go through drive thru. So I was out of the money I paid, a drink and the time it took for customer service to let me know that mobile orders dont do refunds after giving me the run around. They've had better days
I'm never going back. In fact when my pre-loaded are used up I'm finished with all Starbucks. They offer a "Stars" program toward free drinks, but my purchases don't earn the correct amount of stars. On one occasion I received an email offering me triple stars for purchases on one particular day. In fact I only got single stars, half of what I'm supposed to receive on every normal day.
