I ordered an iced latte with sugar free syrup last night around 9:45. The barista made my drink with regular vanilla. When I took my drink back, they advised they were closing early and couldn’t remake my drink. I then asked for a refund and the barista was very rude to me and irritated at having to do that. For what it costs to get a drink at the airport, if you’re not going to make it right, you are definitely going to give me my money back.
Worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I’m from Seattle and our crews up there would have put these 2 to Shane.
The cashier was not nice... even got my order wrong. If she dislikes her job that much, she should look for something else :/ was not a good experience. Then 2 of the women talked about me literally right in front of me.
Service fine nice and friendly, Drinks fine, I used to enjoy Starbucks banana bread, but lately it’s been disappointing. The slice I got this visit was very dry, and the walnuts tasted old and stale almost like they had a weird, musty smell. I checked the packaging and saw it was produced on May 8, 2025… and I bought it almost 2 months later. No wonder it didn’t taste fresh. Out of control price gouging at this location. A tiny breakfast croissant is double what a typical Starbucks charges.
