Gotta love Starbucks...great people, know their stuff...and coffee! This place is great!
I stopped here on my way to Home Goods today to get myself a little treat, and I cannot get over how wonderful the customer service was. I had originally ordered a grilled cheese and as I was waiting, the employee came to tell me they were out. She felt awful and apologized profusely and asked if I wanted to choose something else. I opted for a refund, but once I got to the register, I changed my mind and asked for an apple croissant. She refunded me and gave me the croissant for free! Starbucks is always slow one of the biggest companies in the country and you can't have enough employees on hand, let alone even pay them enough money. What a disgrace that I had to wait 15 minutes for one grande drink because there's only one Bautista running the dining room and one maybe two running the drive-thru. What the hell are you doing, what a horrible company. Absolutely disgusting
