My daughter walked in tonight to grab a drink while I was doing a bank transaction. No line inside, I had just gone in myself and received my drink in just a couple minutes Finished my transaction a few minutes later and she was still waiting. I live behind neighborhood of this Starbucks and often order Uber Eats to the home , I ordered my usual and for some reason they stopped heating up the bakery goods despite asking the in the notes. Got my Dubai chocolate bite cold, drink was good and I appreciate the consistency there
I don't understand how the manager, Ryan is a manager. This guy DOES NOT know how to be a leader. I've visited this location on a couple of occasion in the last month. Twice he is yelling at people behind the counter. Once, I was waiting for my coffee and he was yelling at a young lady who was cashiering. The girl, was literally crying as he is yelling at her.
