Slowest Starbucks ever spent 20 minutes at drive through. Get it together.
Never have I had horrible customer service with Starbucks but the 4 girls working on Saturday September 13th around 4:30pm should not be representing Starbucks. They put me on “hold” for a second in the drive through just to hear them laughing. I pulled up to a girl who just handed me my drink and didn’t even greet me which does not represent a Starbucks employee. Gotta love Starbucks...great people, know their stuff...and coffee! This place is great!
I stopped here on my way to Home Goods today to get myself a little treat, and I cannot get over how wonderful the customer service was. I had originally ordered a grilled cheese and as I was waiting, the employee came to tell me they were out. She felt awful and apologized profusely and asked if I wanted to choose something else. I opted for a refund, but once I got to the register, I changed my mind and asked for an apple croissant. She refunded me and gave me the croissant for free!
