We went through drive thru. But they were awesome.
Slowest Starbucks ever spent 20 minutes at drive through. Get it together.
Never have I had horrible customer service with Starbucks but the 4 girls working on Saturday September 13th around 4:30pm should not be representing Starbucks. They put me on “hold” for a second in the drive through just to hear them laughing. I pulled up to a girl who just handed me my drink and didn’t even greet me which does not represent a Starbucks employee.
