I have never been told that I have to make a purchase to get ice water inside of my Starbucks vacuum bottle. I already paid $40 for the bottle and you’re gonna make me pay for ice water to get into it. Terrible just terrible. Edit: I contacted as requested from Starbucks reply. Even worse service from them. Definitely reconsidering even going to Starbucks anymore. I definitely will never buy another cup or water bottle from them ever again.

Came in after a good experience at T-Mobile next door. I was greeted by Charlie right away. They were friendly and just had a wonderful attitude all around. Maddie was also kind and made me an amazing hot white chocolate mocha. I wish I lived closer to this location. Everyone seemed genuinely very nice and efficient. I also love their decor of equality. Thank you for making my day. Happy new year!
