A young man named German at this location went way above and beyond. He was upbeat, positive and attentive. I was visiting from Toronto and he made me feel like this was my local Starbucks that I had been coming to for years. Very rare to get this kind of service.
SHOUTOUT TO THIS CREW RIGHT HERE! 🙌☕️ This morning, on my way to work (and in a total rush), I ordered the Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew for the very first time — and it was also my first time at this location! (My usual is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Cold Foam.) I didn’t taste it until I got to my car… and oh my goodness, it was so bitter — all I could taste was the cold brew!
