A young man named German at this location went way above and beyond. He was upbeat, positive and attentive. I was visiting from Toronto and he made me feel like this was my local Starbucks that I had been coming to for years. Very rare to get this kind of service.
SHOUTOUT TO THIS CREW RIGHT HERE! 🙌☕️ This morning, on my way to work (and in a total rush), I ordered the Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew for the very first time — and it was also my first time at this location! (My usual is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Cold Foam.) I didn’t taste it until I got to my car… and oh my goodness, it was so bitter — all I could taste was the cold brew! Very clean and very friendly staff I stopped in because I was craving and wanting a caramel frappachino badly and they weren't judgemental because of the method I had to pay for it which was with 2 different gift cards and the frappachino was fresh and refreshing I hadn't had one in about 4 or 5 years and was craving it for a longtime and was able to get one and was very satisfied with it
