Do you know what ROCKS even more than the Venti Iced Matcha with Coconut Milk at this location? German’s EXCELLENT customer service at the Drive-Up window! Totally AWESOME personality and experience! Friendly, kind, suggestive and professional! Way to go, Starbucks at Thomas & 32nd St.!
I stop at this location very often since it’s close to my house and every single time I order the venti hot cappuccino my complaint is that every single time the cup is less then half full……. Please be fair and give full coffee cups.
So this place is remodeling. Their walk in is closed. Unfortunately they do not mention this on their ordering app. Since I’m driving a camper van, I do not fit through the drive through. After numerous attempts to pick up my mobile order, I gave up and left with no refund. Would be nice if the app would let customers know this info beforehand.
Basically a drive-thru only location which I wish I would have known. You can walk in and order/pick up items but there is no seating. I needed a Starbucks that I could sit for awhile between appointments in the surrounding area. The ones with no seating should be designated with an asterisk or some kind of indicator no seating is available.
