7 people on the floor when I walked in. I even greeted them FIRST.... Crickets back that was my first impression. Only one of those employees after 5 minutes of standing there bothered to acknowledge me. I told him I had a mobile order then he walked away. I want to share the appalling experience my husband had with this location today. He works for the post office and stops in for his daily fix he orders through mobile pick up while out on his route (in postal uniform). Today, he walked in after getting the alert on his phone that his order was ready; however, it’s not on the counter so he decides to wait. One of the guys thier was rude and awkward.
Came to pick up a doordash, employees are rude took 15 mins to even acknowledge i was there, after i told one employee the name another came up and asked me what the name was again i showed her and she claimed she “couldnt see” my phone is on full brightness… if you can’t see you shouldnt be working here. Afterwards they all started snickering saying I was rude and this and that. Do not order or use this location. Starbucks should invest in better employees
I asked for a specific drink and I also mention it was a custom drink. And still got it wrong. And I paid for the heavy cream and it wasn't added
