My order sat up here for 10 minutes while I was asking if it was ready and I finally made it. I'm never coming back here again
Drive thru consistently takes a very long time! They need better time management with their wait times!
The baristas were friendly and the restrooms were clean. My issue was I ordered a shaken espresso and it had so much cream I could barely taste the espresso.
My granddaughter told me that when I order to ask them to put my girlfriends nickname on her cup. They are always happy to do it, and I change the nickname every time. She likes it, and the summer breeze lemonade is her favorite. The staff is always patient and friendly.
This Starbucks is not at a great experience. Whether you go thru the drive thru or into the store you will wait a very very long time for your order. The first time I went here I went in and waited about 30 mins for one drink. And just today went thru the drive thru. I decided to try again there was not a single car in the parking lot or drive thru so I figured it would be quick (it had to be right!) unfortunately not. I waited 10mjns for my drink.
