I ordered 2 drinks this afternoon and one drink was completely fine. Got home and my husband checked his drink and it was half full. I ordered a grande and it looks like they gave him a tall size or just decided to take some of his drink out and pour it into another drink. Spent an extra dollar for an additional shot of espresso so I spent $5.95 on half the drink size I ordered. Not cute.
Food and drinks are that of a usual Starbucks. However, the staff consistently mess up on my items. This one is closer to my house but I’ve been driving farther to the one in the Sunset Esplanade because they are 1000% better. The staff here are all snooty men and the ordering process, whether it’s inside or drive thru, takes at the very least 20 minutes no matter what time of day it is. I don’t know if they just move like sloths or what but I can see plenty of employees inside.
