Literally, one of the worst Starbucks ever. Unfortunately it’s not the workers fault. It’s definitely Management’s fault and the fact that they are hiring incompetent workers. The worst Starbucks for mobile orders, if you deliver with a platform think twice before accepting any offers from this location.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over 7 years now. It’s located within a mile from my house. It has been, and remains, the worst service/retail store I have ever experienced in my life. A coffee shop is meant to be part of the community, a hub to connect with other people. A social environment to read, write, be creative, or tend to office stuff remotely in an inviting aesthetic. They don't do their job. There was accident in front of the Starbucks that didn't affect the Starbucks but instead didny their job. The manager was rude and panicked and was no help at all. Yall need new managers there.
