Every time I come here in the morning I have to wait so I stopped coming here because they make you wait 5 hours. God I can’t until ai takes over so we don’t have to deal with these people. Why is there only one person working here too. I will be reporting this shop to every department I can find for playing with my time and money. Starbucks is a joke and I will do what it takes to get this store shut down. What a joke of a branch
The waiter named Julio served so badly… I ordered coffee for my friend, I forgot to add milk… after my friend came to get it, she found it too bitter and asked Julio to add a pump of milk or sugar to make it a little sweeter so she could drink it… He was forced to pay an extra 80 cents for that milk or sugar… she didn’t have her wallet to pay the extra… so she asked to add something to sweeten it so she could drink it… But he wouldn’t give her any sugar if she didn’t pay extra… In the end, he poured out the cup of coffee and... read more
Couldn’t get my drink right, couldn’t exchange without a 20min wait, couldn’t refund since they didn’t give me a receipt.
Hot and ready coffee was great!
