Asked for a simple drink white chocolate mocha NO whip cream. Got hot white milk and whip cream and no white chocolate mocha. Drive to another location.
The employees at this location are super friendly and amazing. They even replaced my drink for free when my dumb self dropped the whole thing on the ground.
Good food, and fast service
Every time I come here in the morning I have to wait so I stopped coming here because they make you wait 5 hours. God I can’t until ai takes over so we don’t have to deal with these people. Why is there only one person working here too. I will be reporting this shop to every department I can find for playing with my time and money. Starbucks is a joke and I will do what it takes to get this store shut down. What a joke of a branch
